MTX successful on new NHS Shared Business Services Framework

MMC healthcare building specialist MTX Contracts Ltd has been appointed to the £1.6bn NHS Shared Business Services Framework.

Running for up to four years, MTX has won a position on all six lots for which it applied, scoring well across the board, from bespoke modular to modular healthcare, for both purchase and hire.

This follows on from a number of previously completed projects as part of the framework including Glenfield Hospital and Birmingham City Hospital.

Managing Director of MTX, David Hartley, said: “Our appointment to the framework is a great achievement, particularly given that this is now our second time. The announcement is testament to the innovative solutions, bespoke and high-quality projects delivered by the team. 2021 has already been an incredibly successful year, and this is the icing on the cake. We look forward to continuing to support the healthcare industry following what has been an extremely demanding period.”
