EMS Healthcare will be supporting Borders General Hospital in Melrose, Scotland, with a mobile decontamination unit. 

Borders General Hospital becomes the 24th NHS trust to enlist the help of Cheshire-based EMS Healthcare, a leading provider of mobile clinical facilities which relieve hospital capacity.

The unit will be installed during the refurbishment of NHS Borders’ current endoscopy decontamination department and will provide the capacity to reprocess up to 120 scopes per day – supporting the hospital to maintain reprocessing services without disruption.
